Same day despatch – We endeavour to despatch orders received before midday on the same day.
Carton Orders: -
We use a courier service on a next day delivery service.
Pallet Orders:-
Unless otherwise instructed, will normally be sent out on the option of your choice on an Economy Service. Next day delivery is available for an extra charge.
Economy Service Options:-
Option A, Standard Economy Service; delivery on either the first, second or third working day, following the date of collection, at the delivery depot’s convenience.
Option B, Book in Economy; we provide your contact details and phone number to the carrier. Delivery depot will call you, our customer, within 48 hours to arrange convenient time and date to deliver goods.
Option C, Economy Dedicated Day; enables us to arrange with you, our customer, to receive the consignment on any specified day (Mon-Fri) after day three e.g. if the carrier collects Monday, the first day available day for delivery would be Thursday or later.
NB. Please remember to check your delivery before signing, as unfortunately claims for damage and loss will be rejected if goods are not checked. Once the carrier has a “clean” signature they will not accept any liability.
